There are a lot of links out to different parts of the web on this site. I try to mark them all so they get listed here.

🔗 8. Identity Paradigms - by Dr Alan Mayo - Identity 2.5
Kiwi friend Alan Mayo is up to his 8th newsletter as he explores where we are with the challenge of ‘identity’.
‘Identity’ mind you, not just ‘online identity’.
What does this all mean? Well, technology matters and technology is undecided: the performance of Identity 2 is a problem, the potential of Identity 2.5 is not well understood, and the viability of Identity 3 is uncertain.

I like 🔗 About Numeric Citizen’s Craft page … been trying to do that myself - but it quickly gets bloated.

But click on through … it’s not that at all - ‘just’ a rogue employee.
Holy Rings Batman!
🔗 Fax machines and cash-only stores: Japan struggles to go digital.
Not just Japan.
Personal story; I needed to go see a doctor here in California for a routine check up. Last three years of history is actually in New Zealand.
Please have your doctors in New Zealand fax all your records to this number.
Fax? Much easier to send in email.
According to the assistant - no that isnt acceptable, because email is ‘known to not be secure’.
I don’t disagree - but asked her how secure she felt Faxing was?
🔗 India has removed the periodic table from school textbooks.
Clearly, the ‘curriculum’ developed in the good ol’ USA is slowly making its way round the world.

No sh1t Dick Tracy!
Such insight. It’s clear that Larry is worth every penny he’s paid.
🔗 Meet the GOP Presidential Hopefuls
Hopefuls? I am guessing that each of them are ‘hopeful’ that their inevitable book is going to sell a few copies, because that is the only reason they announced.
It was around 10 years ago that I got my first exposure to Guthrie Govan on Steven Wilson’s Raven album and in the touring band that IMHO was the definitive Wilson band.
Nice to see 📼 Rick Beato wax lyrical on the man in 10 short minutes that includes some great YouTube footage.
