‘Textcasting’ it IS what we do … and I like the term … but will it catch on? Not the ‘doing of’ … the ‘calling of’.

🎛️🎙️ Kafka Talking With Professor Emily M. Bender
.. amongst others, but the clip is Bender talking.
It’s been a good series. Not down in the weeds - but neither a ‘duh’ podcast - of which there seem to be many.

🎥 Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio, 2022 - ★★★

Just discovered series 9 … And yes I did watch series 1 to 8. They aren’t all a home run, but a solid, dependable show. My favorite character sadly disappeared after a couple of series.
Each show can be watched in its own right … there is an over all arc to the series .. but, it’s not necessary to enjoy and episode if you just want to dip in.

I’m not a big Hanks fan .. often skipping over his movies … ‘because’. So glad I didn’t jump this one. Just lovely. And yes I shed a tear or three.
Maybe there is something about having low expectations before watching a movie?
No rush. It will eventually be there for you if you want it. IF.
