Both Om and @gruber writing positively about Glass … great respectable publicity.

As words are to Micro Blog… so images are to Glass.

July was the hottest month ever recorded, NOAA says … Apple News link …

Clearly this was measured in the Northern Hemisphere. By all accounts New Zealand temperatures are way down on normal and the rain is worse than an English Summer!

Not important enough: 1Password abandons its native Mac app.

“The root problem is this: 1Password, originally a Mac-forward software developer, has simply decided that the Mac isn’t important enough.”

Yet another move that has happened post their latest ‘enterprise’ investment.

I am not tech enough to be for or against Electron … but as someone who uses Slack, Discord and on occasions Skype (apparently all Electron apps) - they are not good apps.

Cuomo / Trump … the false equivalencies continue. America must be so proud.

“I go to the pantomime only at Christmas.”

💬 W.S. Gilbert

The End Of Ownership: How Big Companies Are Trying To Turn Everyone Into Renters

Not called out specifically … but you can add ‘homes’ to the list.

Another nail in the coffin of The ‘American Dream’.

A ‘Firstism’

Sell your VALUE … skills, degrees, time, knowledge, certifications - all of them are useless if you don’t improve the customers life - and you do that my giving them more time OR improving the quality of the time they have.

And now we have Taio … yet another cross platform text editor.
