With a more open, enlightened recruiting process there is so much more that people could do in any company if they were given the chance. The answer is to stop job filling and start fulfilling.
They might not be ‘the oldest professions’ but lawyers and accountants are up there. And they all agree on one thing. You want my services, you pay.
There are some —-heads in the world. My advice? Whatever you do, think like you are working in one of the oldest professions.
