@maique it seems to be reliable … eventually.

I run it on mac, phone and pad

I can synch all three and it looks done - but compare them - they clearly are not.

As I understand it - all down to apple putting gates on refreshes into icloud.

I would pay extra if they offered ‘synch on demand’ with no gates - but why they don’t - which IMHO is for one of three reasons

• they don’t have the vision / don’t see the need
• don’t think there is a big enough market
• cant technically do it - which is at best a long shot based on what the rest of the world can do.

If they did - maybe this would also solve the general synch problem icloud still suffers from - you know - when the one doc you know is in the cloud is not on your pad - but is on the phone - or the whole dance of blow up your contacts synching and reconnect - just to force a flush etc etc

so for me - I live with it - since it is not make or break and so a feedbin hosting plan at 60 bucks not needed.

that said - if not icloud you are either going to run your own server - and for me - life is too short OR pay someone like Feedbin. If there is another way - am all ears.
