I noticed the link at the bottom to Crucial Tracks ( that I became aware of via @amerpie ) and have been wondering how I might best use it because I already have AlbumWhale - and want to avoid repetition. It just came to me

Get on to Crucial Tracks - build up the feed - post into my blog - BUT ALSO with that feed - randomly generate a new crucial track form the source on each visit as part of my site.

I already do this on the main site with all kinds of json files that relate to me and different kind of readers - this would be one more.

Onwards. Thank you.

@manton holy mackerel @vincent - there are tonnes of effort that you have applied to building this space. I am definitely not in the target audience - but inspired to look, explore and learn more.

@iChris … quite apart from deciding whatever the video you are rolling ‘says’ about you .. formal studio, in the kitchen, walking in a park, sitting in a closet … they all deliver a message - and they might not all deliver the message you think you are delivering - or might not even want.

@chaitanya I cannot disagree with what you write .. I think my frustration is knowing the resource constraints that Manton works with … I would rather more focus on developing the core of micro blog and its unique position in this world rather than giving the world (say) another RSS reader et al.
