@Miraz @jthingelstad @manton i think ‘excerpt’ is the wordpress way - never quite understood why we couldn’t have something like that for micro blog .. extra field in long form posts - left empty nothing changes - or write your own - or AI writes a 200 character summary … in the timeline you get what you get now PLUS the summary just below it.
Seperately would not want to have to shape my blog post title just so it makes sense in the time line.

@manton i can definitely see the point made by @mandaris - IF you decide to do it - could it be a user setting .. Instant/Delay?
From my POV - it’s a yes if it gives me that extra bit of time to fix the errors that ONLY appear after ‘submit’. do it all the time - so the syndications are alwayss out of whack.

@jsonbecker I can - and I know nothing. The warnings have been there for years. Hell 🖇️ this very blog 9 years ago … and I know this is about NC (a story that has been developing for a while now) … but they are emboldened. They are watching and learning ‘Roy’s’ lessons.
