Life's A Continual Surprise
Brad Feld's blog makes for a fascinating read .... one of his latest posts lives here.
I know not Brad. Love his writing and thinking ... but him ? I know not. Amazing how you assume you know people by reading them.
Nothing in this post I would disagree with, object too, or did not know.
The surprising thing to me is that I would have assumed that Brad was clued in. Apparently not.
Here's the problem ... if someone as connected and intelligent and switched on as Brad is, can still find the book a surprise .. I can no longer remain surprised as to where the political system has got to in America.

I have long held that the 'sharing economy' is closer to the 'exploitation economy' and actually little to do with 'sharing'.

Security Issues ?
The UK have just announced that it will be possible for us all to add our Drivers License into our iPhone wallet.
Sounds great - right ?
Potential scenario ... you are speeding down the Motorway. One of our finest pulls you over. "License please." You hand over your iPhone ... and he walks back to the car to check it against his database - you have just given your unlocked iPhone to a policeman - no need to bypass the iPhone security - voila ... all the court cases go away.
Of course - you could just make the license available 'on the lock screen' - and so overcome that issue. Right ?
Yes you could - but please don’t lose that phone if you value your identity.
