👁️ I think you can learn it at school. And at home. With your friends. It just isn’t really ’taught’.
“You’re looking for three things, generally, in a person,” says Buffett. “Intelligence, energy, and integrity. And if they don’t have the last one, don’t even bother with the first two. I tell them, ‘Everyone here has the intelligence and energy—you wouldn’t be here otherwise. But the integrity is up to you. You weren’t born with it, you can’t learn it in school.”

👁️’ Xitter’ seems to be the new name in town which makes sense in writing … but how do you pronounce it❓
Easy.
‘X’ is pronounced ‘Sh’
👁️ If you are an organisation or person that seeks to widen your audience - why would you block RSS❓Limiting what you put in the feed .. I understand … but completely blocking I do not. Thoughts from the cognoscenti welcome.

RSS—really simple syndication—gives all of us scale. This is, as Kurt Vonnegut once said, a miracle on the order of loaves and fish. It’s foundational.

A parody I believe - but just like with satire - I have this nervous feeling that parody might not be able to keep up with reality.

“This sentence was written by a human.”
That’s not a lie. That’s a fact.
This post is rare because line 2 is usually a clear indication that an LLM has been involved in the post creation. In this case that is not true.
‘Clear indication’ is not the same as ‘absolute’.
Likewise the em dash.
No, the use of an em dash does not mean that the writing was generated by the LLM - but no one can deny that we have seen a bucket load more of them since LLMs turned up - and are used a lot by people who often include in their posts something like … “that’s not a coincidence - that’s a pattern”.

LinkedIn could save most VCs a step by adding a post template called “AI Dinner.” You upload a picture of the full table and a picture of the custom menu card with your firm’s logo on it. Then it pre-fills the text of “Still buzzing from bringing together all these AI Builders last night,” while also auto-tagging the attendees.
