Waiting in a Doctors surgery is one thing … waiting for an hour when you had made an appointment is a totally different game.
I think part of the social change we need is that patients get to charge doctors for unplanned wait times.
Maybe I hang in the wrong circles these days, but I rarely hear the phrase ‘Wicked Problems’ any more. And yet, whichever way you look isn’t every problem we face a wicked problem?
