Just received an email that opens:
”Whoops! We experienced some technical difficulties this morning and the e-mail we sent you had some errors in the bill descriptions. We’re so sorry and promise not to cut-and-paste before our morning coffee.”
Technical difficulties. Got it.
I passed three people being ignored by pretty much everyone passing them the other day. They had placards and handouts and tables and everything.
Their message was simple:

Right now you exit the stream - go to a station - edit - scroll through the podcasts to find it again - add it - and then go back to what you were doing.
