3 1/2 is still not bad from me - I RARELY do 4 1/2 / 5 and 2 and below is also relatively unknown - the later mainly because I won’t get to the end of something that I rate that low - and so do not review.
( 🖇️ But even then there are exceptions )
Why lower on Apple has a lot to do with expectations ….
I don’t expect a lot from the overall Netflix library - but what I see on Apple is often very good - so I am rooting for that outcome.
