And definitely not as short term thinking as outsourcing their call centers - those places where your CUSTOMERS primarily ENGAGE with you - the business - and rather than knowledgable - trained people there to solve your problem you are met with untrained - low cost - entry level people who if they can speak your language properly - not a given - might even have a thick accent that is hard to understand. Oh and said call centers are measured on how many calls you handle - which translates to how fast they can get said customer off the phone - not how many problems they solve,.
