β‘οΈ π½πππππ - what does everyday life look like if this works? What will be different, and what will be the same? Whatβs in it for me? If people canβt picture it, they wonβt move towards it.
β‘οΈ π°π ππππππ - who are we relative to where weβre headed? Can I understand myself in the future vision? Can I do my part? This is deeply personal and without it, people wonβt engage.
β‘οΈ π»ππππ - big change needs momentum and trust is flow. Markets, businesses and citizens all need to know what is being asked of them, what they can rely on, and why the destination is worth the risk of moving. Without that, you donβt have commitment β you have compliance (if youβre lucky!)
β‘οΈ π¨ππππππππ - incentives, funding, decisions and behaviours all have to pull in the same direction. Otherwise, people do what the system rewards. Real alignment means every part of the system can see the destination and wins by moving towards it together.
β‘οΈ π³πππ ππππππ - can you set a path to where weβre going without the need for constant central control? If your leadership inspires a million leaders, big change becomes real.
