@Miraz I guess people don’t visit places like Trust Pilot to say how good they are - but still - 🔗 1.7 out of 5 doesn’t fill you with confidence - then again other ‘kiwi’ banks scores are 1.9 - 1.6 - 1.6 .. oh - and a 2.3 - so there’s that. (All roughly in line with US banks that I randomly looked at.)
