Supreme Court sides with apparel maker who said government violated First Amendment by denying ‘subversive’ clothing line trademark

So FUCT had to go all the way to the Supreme Court to protect its Trade Mark .. but nobody ever questions FCUK … Law is indeed a strange thing.
