Eightfold, Gloat and Retrain.ai are just three specialized AI companies who are already into second generation solutions.

I still need to check them out and work out what they are doing - but I learned about their names from a relatively famous HR consultant / analyst who referenced them as an example of ‘the power of AI in HR’.

Isn’t that approaching oxymoron status?
