Day 19: novel

Day 18: tire
Tire or Tyre? In the US it is the former, in RoW it is the latter … but we now know that the source of the word is a UK site, so maybe the ‘tire’ is more to do with ‘tired’.
I never tire of diving down these-rabbit holes 🥁
Day 17: barrel
The barrel is used in wine making, distilling and brewing with good and bad results.
Too much consumption of the resultant elixir might result in the participant ending up ‘in the barrel'.
The barrel is the circle of life.
Day 16: franchise
I wonder if someone will set up a mastodon franchise or even cooperative model.
Day 15: aluminium
I have never quite understood why the U.S. pronounces aluminium without the second ‘i’.
Day 14: leave
You might think I have stopped playing MicroBlog Vember because leave is the day 14 prompt and in New Zealand we are already on day 15, but no prompt 🙁

‘Do Not Adjust Your Set’ was short lived as a UK TV program but definitely punched above it’s weight if you measure impact on a British comedy.
Day 12: suspicion
Just for a short while I had this suspicion that @jean had forgotten to generate today’s prompt because it came later in the day than I have been used to.
Day 11: display
The display on the TV is definitely in need of an upgrade. I think I’m spoiled by the quality of the display on my computer. Or is it just aging eyes?
