One of these headlines is not likely to the other two .. and I do not understand why it isn’t at the top in capital letters.
Sorry to hear you are so sick Randall Rospond. For you to miss a show - you got to be bad. I know Tom Conway and Rand wonât let you down.

The World Is Small.
“At this time, we have no reason to believe that there is any other existing threat out there,” said state police Lt. Col. George Bivens.
Doesn’t sound right to me.
🔗 Stepping Back From the Precipice - Sam Harris
Judging by how much you can read of this before the paywall - I would argue that Sam should make this free for all to read.
📸 Auckland on the way home on Friday.
Three quick Instas …. that I saved during the week …
🔗 😵💫 Pen Tapping - one day he might have hi own drum set.

📸 🌊 On 🖇️ yesterday’s post I remarked how all the boats had collected in one corner of the bay. In the comments a friend wrote
The boats are huddled in the corner because the wind is meant to swing around to the east.
.. a ‘sea farers’ explanation - which I kind of had in my head - but when it is so pretty, it is hard to think that it is going to get worse.
Anyway. It did. This was taken earlier today - and that has been the high spot! Next job move the cushions inside.
He missed? Seriously? One job. That was it.
On the flip side I have lost count of the movies and shows that I have started and stopped this past week. Have I seen them all?
Been listening on and off for a couple of days to Preet talking to Ian Bremmer. Solid.
So wish I was going to be there.
📸 🌊 Quite a few boats in the bay this morning, though funny to see them all huddled together in this corner, they usually spread all over.
There are 56 in the series .. I just counted. There only going to be two more and then the unplanned series that you probably thought was never going to end .. well, it is ending.
🖇️ For posterity - because the photo gallery will get redefined soon.

It all starts at 🖇️ john.philpin.com - which reposts to
🔗 Threads and 🔗 Bluesky and 🔗 Mastodon
Seperately my blog on john.philpin.com is revealed as @me@john.philpin.com on Mastodon - which is also followable - so of course i follow it with my (real) Masto account.
So if i post on Masto with my ‘real’ Masto - my blog’s Masto can see it and so those posts can manually find their way back to the blog …
I can also post a message on Threads and Bluesky BUT those messages would stay in their respective domains … until today.
I just enabled Fediverse sharing on Threads - so now if I post to my blog, like always it gets pushed to Threads - which is now visible on the Fediverse - so I can follow myself with my Threads account on Masto - and I presume vice versa.
I am writing this to get my head straight.
So far - BlueSky is only federated via Bridgy which I am not going to use because there is enough to do now in working out what goes where, why and how on my accounts - and do not get me started on the new accounts I am setting up for The Future Found - where I have already enable the Threads account for Fedi access.
I mean, you’re either ‘all in’ or why bother. Right?
A. There is a lot wrong with that last sentence!
I think Phil Schiller just beat out the lettuce that was the UK’s Prime Minister.
🔗 Margaret Sullivan on how the media normalizes Trump .. article by Aaron Rupar - just reiterating my comment over on Substack …
We need more Margarets.
