@amerpie I am surprised that there is significant overlap between people that print and use Obsidian.

That said I use export to pdf all the time and then use preview to search etc

Also Readwise is great for PDF Management and searching .. and early days but their ghost reader for in app summaries also pretty good.

There’s also an app I have been playing with that allows me to import a pdf and then AI chat to aske questions, summarize integrate .. name eludes as I type

I commented on another thread just now about something totally different and yet the same ( messaging apps) .. the connection .. where do you stop in your app before you eventually have an unholy desert and shoe shine .. that is (for example) MSWord?
