I use Reminders .. because Things got too much

I started with Things because OmniFocus got too much

I started with OmniFocus because Reminders wasn’t powerful enough

Just started playing with Crafts new reminder functionality to see if it helps

Meanwhile we use Asana in the company, so we can - you know - collaborate

Oh and I started setting remind me dates to Emails - on top of using ‘action folders’ — and ‘flags’.

When I get overwhelmed I pull out a pad and pen - usually just after creating a new list in reminders that I call DO TODAY .. which is quickly filled with more stuff than I could do in a week ..

I understand.

PS each time I transition - I start afresh - so I could open Things and/ or OmniFocus and pull up all those tasks that I never did - and yet somehow the world keeps spinning.
