@ablerism umm - but will they? the tenor of the argument appears to be that in T1 they were being stopped before they even started - now it is all just being rubber stamped by DOJ and AG and off it goes before anyone knows - then someone needs to quickly stop 'em and it will go to court - and will inevitablt end up at the Supreme level - which maybe isn't quite as despotic as the gov' - but even before the current balance has done some pretty outlandish things.

And then there is the whole Musk and the 6 mini musks - where are those cases to stop them?
