I won't name the company, but these are some of the bullets in the LinkedIN job description ... (my brackets)

Highly developed problem solving and rectification skills (compared to?)
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle (sure - I'm 'familiar' with a lot of things.)
Experience in coaching and partnering with client stakeholders through change. (how much experience exactly? scroll down to see the pay level)
An appreciation of data, systems and technologies used to drive strategic workforce decision making ( I appreciate a lot of things - adding 'data'. 'systems' and 'technologies' to my list.)
Ability to explain ideas and concepts clearly to ensure a broad audience can understand. (what is the level of understanding in that audience?)
A creative and innovative outlook, with ability to produce new ideas and concepts. (gotcha - I can do that.)
