I don’t live in the ‘xyz economy’ worlds - 🖇️ far too many to keep track of. BUT for a while now I have been talking and writing about the global movement from ‘Systems of Record’ to ‘Systems of Engagement’ - and the need for people and businesses to not throw away all of their systems and ‘drop in a new stack’ - but rather to start to think differently about what they already have and how to use that to ‘engage for the future’ and not ‘broadcast history’.
On that we seem to be aligned.
