Got off the ferry yesterday and looked for my usual scooter, and noted that the purple ones (Beam) weren’t there - only Lime available. Having lost Ola in the city earlier in the year - got me to wondering.
It would appear at first glance that Beam have been ‘naughty’.
Worth reporting since I am writing a pitch where I am using this quote.

I received a long email from Apple telling me all about why I can’t sell books in Europe.
You need to enter trader status in iTunes Connect for ebooks on the Apple Books Store in the European Union (EU). This is to comply with the Digital Services Act (DSA).
Starting February 17, 2025, ebooks without trader status will be removed from the Apple Books Store in the EU until trader status is provided and verified.
All good I don’t anyway - I think it all goes back to some experimenting I was doing a few years ago …
That said - I also experimented with Kindle - BUT
Nothing from Amazon.
Are Amazon useless and / or ignoring this
