The star rating might seem harsh - it seemed that way - even to me - but this is a good example of how a normalised rating system can help you - dear reader - get better clarity on the 'why'. To cut to th chase - I did enjoy it - any film that sits with 2 or more stars in here are worth watches - but at this level - a lot of caveats.

This is a film - not a show and so lacked .. a lot. It also requires the watching of the magnificent series that preceded it to really get it. So yes … enjoyed, but if you haven’t seen the shows … don’t bother and if you have, you will be disappointed.

.. and very glad I missed it in the Theaters.

Movies - like music, books, art et al is not a competition. I hate 'best' in those terms. So star ratings have always been hard for me. They have to be seen in the context of the reviewer. A ★★★★★ movie in this world is not necessarily better than a ★ movie - it's just that is how I feel.

The inspiration for my ★ rating comes from @derekpeden - thank you sir, modified slightly to accommodate my personal watching habits. If this footer is on one of my book, film or TV reviews - the stars fit the guide above. Going forward - I will append my reviews with this footer. Over time I will revisit prior reviews and update.

★★★★★ So Good - A personal favourite

★★★★☆ Excellent - well worth a watch

★★★☆☆ Enjoyed - recommend

★★☆☆☆ Not Bad - BUT - only a 'kinda' recommendation - with (many?) caveats

★☆☆☆☆ Not for me
